Photo Data Stays on Your Device

Best Take does not collect, upload, sell, or share your photos, photo metadata, similarity results, or quality analysis. Your photos and photo analysis stay on your device and are not sent to Best Take, its developer, or RevenueCat.

Photo Library Access

Best Take accesses your photo library only after you grant permission. It uses that access to find similar photos and help you review them. Photo processing and analysis take place on your device.

iCloud Photos

If an original photo is stored in iCloud, Apple may download it to your device so Best Take can process it. That transfer is handled by Apple through the Photos framework; the developer does not receive the photo.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions under Apple's terms and privacy policy. The developer and RevenueCat do not receive your full payment-card details.

Best Take uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and maintain subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID, purchase history, subscription product, and entitlement status for app functionality and analytics.

Best Take does not send RevenueCat your photos, photo analysis results, name, email address, full payment-card details, or advertising identifiers, and does not use RevenueCat data to track you across apps or websites.

On-Device Storage

Best Take may store app preferences, scan cache, and review progress locally on your device. This local app data is removed when you delete the app. Your photo library continues to be managed by Apple's Photos app.

Your Choices

You can change or revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Photos > Best Take. Some features will not work without photo access.
